We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional in instant payments to join our PIX Operations team!

What you will do:
- Monitor SPB and SPI systems, ensuring the smooth operation of PIX transactions.
- Track the PIX payment process end-to-end, from initiation to settlement.
- Reconcile the values recorded in the SPI account with the values in nostro, ensuring information accuracy.
- Participate actively in PIX project meetings, contributing your expertise and insights.
- Develop and enhance operational procedures related to PIX, ensuring efficiency and quality of processes.
What you need to have:
- Completed undergraduate degree in fields such as Administration, Economics, Finance, or related areas.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in monitoring and analyzing payment systems, with emphasis on SPB and SPI.
- Deep understanding of the payment flow, including the different stages and systems involved.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and intermediate to advanced English.
