Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical and business knowledge to act as a liaison between business areas and development.
Responsibilities:
Gathering and analysis of business requirements.
Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze and validate requirements to ensure they meet business needs.
Prioritize requirements according to their importance and urgency.
Communication and Negotiation:
Act as a bridge between business areas and development, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Negotiate solutions that meet the needs of both areas.
Facilitate conflict resolution.
Documentation:
Prepare clear and concise documentation on business requirements, including use cases, workflows, and functional specifications.
Maintain up-to-date documentation on Confluence.
Project Management
Assist in the planning and management of IT projects.
Monitor project progress and identify risks and issues.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Essential Requirements:
Formação: Superior em Administração, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas;
Experiência: Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência como Analista de Negócios em TI;
Technical Skills:
UML, BPMN, casos de uso;
Banco de dados (SQL);
Ferramentas de BI e análise de dados;
Linguagens de programação (Python, Java, etc.);
Business Knowledge:
Processos de negócio;
Gestão de projetos;
IT Governance.
Personal Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Analytical and critical thinking.
Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proactivity and self-management.
Teamwork and interpersonal relationship skills.
English: Advanced (fluent), with the ability to conduct meetings and presentations.
Additional Skills:
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Certifications in business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA).
Knowledge of the financial sector.
