Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strategic vision to lead the IT team. The ideal candidate will have leadership, organizational, communication skills, and technical knowledge to successfully manage complex IT projects.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Motivation:
Lead and motivate the IT team;
Create a positive and productive work environment;
Develop and empower the team.

Planning and management of IT projects:
Define the scope, schedule, budget, and resources of IT projects.
Create and maintain the project plan.
Monitor project progress and identify risks and issues.
Make decisions to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the expected quality.

Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
Implement measures to mitigate risks.

Quality Control:
Ensure the quality of project deliverables.
Implementar processos de controle de qualidade.

Alinhamento com o Negócio:
Align IT projects with the strategic objectives of the business.
Ensure that IT projects meet the business needs.

Essential Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.

Technical Skills:
Project Management Methodologies (PMP, PMI-RMP):
Project Management Tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.):
Communication and Collaboration Tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.):
IT Infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, security):
Cyber Security
IT Architecture:
IT Governance.
Business Knowledge:
Financial Market:

Business Processes.

Personal Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Leadership and ability to motivate teams.
Analytical and critical thinking.
Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proactivity and self-management.
Teamwork and interpersonal relationship skills.
English: Advanced (fluent), with the ability to conduct meetings and presentations.

Additional Skills:
Experience with project management in complex environments.
Certifications in project management (PMP, PMI-RMP).
Knowledge of agile tools (Scrum, Kanban).
